I looked but didn't see a pet post so I thought I could make one.
All you have to do is tell about your pet, family pet,or a neigbor's pet.
Tell us a story about the pet and if you want post a picture of the pet.
Enjoy.

To start things off.

My pet cat's name is Miracle, and her story is her name.
About a month after I got her from someone she had a very bad accident, my little brother was tring to climb a tree with a one of those little trikes play cars under him.
When he lost his balance and fell, he landed on top of her.
Now when he fell I believe she had some broken bones and I did not think she was going to make it. So I bowed my head and asked God to heal her,and while my head was down "my mom saw this part" she was like pulled and straightened.
After 24 hours she was back on her feet playing again, and thats how my cat got her name.

Now her picture

That's a beautiful story; I have had afew cats in my time, Kitty and Mr Fluffy; Kitty died long ago, and Mr Fluffy fell victim to that catfood poisoning afew years ago, sadly; but he was a really cat (Main Coon, moderately large black fluffy cat (when stood on his back legs, he was about 2 1/2 feet tall); taught him how to climb ladder, respond with "yes" or "no" signals, run an agility course; he would like, dig tunnels and chase dogs out of the yard; acted more of a dog than a cat; he was like a big teddy bear; I got apic of him with my dog (see below on the dog):

I also got a 4-year old Papillion named Sparky; he doesn't have a great story, but he's a pretty cute puppy (warning: picture spam alert!):

Here's one of him at the beach(there's like… a levy, I picked him up and put him on the rocks):

These next two, are when we dressed him in a suit(for dogs).  Here is an example of when he poses for the camera(first pic):

^I LOVE THAT ONE!^

These next pics, are from Sparky's fashion show(yea, they actually have pet fashion shows lmao). He's got a leather jacket and Harley Davidson hat(the 2nd is my favorite one!):

Everytime we say the word "Florida" now, his ears go up and he gets excited.

I have millions of pics (everytime he hears the camera, he starts wagging his tail and runs over), but I can't spam 'em all ><

EDIT: It's times like this I wish I had spoiler tags ><

Well I have a dog called Pickle. I'll get more photos of him if he will sit still for five minutes, sorry if its small but it was a picture that I uploaded as my msn photo and then deleted it. ![](http://byfiles.storage.live.com/y1p9p8cd8_Olu37PHAPj4oyR95Bt0Tc6Q8WE69lRtoGkKIorT_lT_F_Ci-b5WS48bfzwMfNh6fGposC0quC5nKpIQ) He's alot bigger now but that was taken a few years ago. He doesn't really have a story though, apart from when we got him he pooped in the car and peed on me but apart from that no stories.

Well I've had 4 dogs. I've had a white collie (I think it was a collie), I've had a German Shepard (No pictures of her on this computer), I've had a mix between a yorkshire terrier and Jack Russel (No pictures on this computer) and my latest dog, the only living, a Yorkshire Terrier named Jake (No pictures on this computer).

Elsa no story (German Sheperd), Collie no story, Benji went through all sorts before he died, testical cancer, lose of sight and hearing, puss out of his eyes all the time (Mix), and Jake has no story other than that we got him not too long ago and I posted a topic about it.

auch, that Benji dog has had a hard life :(…
I've had a dog too... a mix between a Border Collie and a Flatcoated Retriever she was a bit dominant and had a hard life too...
When she got old, she first lost his hearing, so she got scared if you walked behind her and sometimes tried to bite than...
After that her hips couldn't cary her and her intestines became weak.. (won't go into further details 'bout that..)
We've made the doctor perform euthanasia to her, because it was really sad

My brother and I once both had hamsters and if we were cleaning the cages we putted them in the (empty) bath, so they could run as much as they wanted.
After all that wasn't the best idea, because after a while they started f-ing (dunno if I can say that, or if it's against the forum rules...) and 'voila' my hamster was pregnant XD
After a while she had her babies and there were 14... ('shock'!)
The mother ate 2, because they were trying to escape and whatever other reason...
But Oh, My, GOD! 14! You guys know what the world record was back than?... 14!

Anyway, I LOVE ANIMALS!

I had a dog named Cheyanne. She was a yellow labrador retriever. She had two litters of puppies, the second of which we kept one of, cheyanne's son Buck. Cheyanne had a hard life. She was hit by a car, twice, she had cancer multiple times, and she had congestive heart failure for about 3 years before she died. She was a trooper though, and always enjoyed her life. We still gave her walks on the beach outside our house until that last few weeks before she died. I remember that she would roll in anything that was either brown or smelly, seemingly just to piss us off. She also had a habit of eating everything. We put her on some medicine after some health problems that I can't remember, but one of the side effects was hunger… one night, she left our house, walked down the road about a km, and brought back an entire apple tree branch, then ate all the apples off it. She was always happy to see anyone, and me and my family loved her fondly... We put her down in 2008 after she lost the strength to leave her bed.

Then there's my dog Buck, son of Cheyanne. He's a momma's boy, who whined at the end of the driveway whenever we brought Cheyanne to the vet's. She cleaned his ears everyday. He's still alive, but he has arthritis and degenerative mylopathy, which pretty much means his nerve cells are breaking down and he's loosing muscle control. I remember that we would throw sticks for him on the beach and it would take us around 6 hours to tire him just a bit. He's the brightest dog, nor the most food savvy. He ate his food as fast as he could, then tried to puppy dog eye us into giving him more... which never worked. Sometimes, he would finish his food, then shove his mother out of the way, eating most of her food before we could stop him. We don't think he'll last much longer, possibly another month.

I also have two more dogs, Boeing and Piper, or Bobo and Pi. They're both quite young, but Bo is Pi's father.

This is already a long post so I'll just say that I also have a cat named Lucy, who we've nicknamed Lucifer because she hates everyone and everything.

One cat.
I was in the animal shelter, trying to pick out a cat, when suddenly, a new cat came in, and apperantly, it was starving. After a few miniutes of it in the emergancy room, me watching, I picked it up, and held it like a baby. Unlike other cats, it didnt care, it just started to bite a bit. My cat basicly is iddentical to (Shes camera shy):

OK, so after we got her, my parents got some coffee, and the cat went nuts. She tried drinking it, then scratched it if it were poop. We took the coffee brand name "Illy" and that was her name. Just like that.
