Compile Error Visual Basic 6 Portable

i got a probleme when i'm trying to compile client.exe it tells me compile error : methode or data member not found and it takes me to modtext.

I don't think portable can compile, but for measures, would you show us the line it highlights when you run it (F5).

vb6 portable can't compile and the option is blocked of.. but since you can click it i take it your using the full version? make sure form names are the same as code and make sure there isn't a simple mistake in the code… if that still isn't it.. open up a new untouched source and re edit your codes in.

VB6 Portable compiles i already tested it i did a new source not eclipse.vbp and then i did compile and it compiled the .exe

Yeah, I couldn't compile with portable either.  It won't operate winsock anyway, so if you get past the error you're getting now, you won't be able to compile anything with TCP in it.
