Smaller Tileset?

Is there any way to make the pixel sizes of the map blocks smaller? I want to pretty much miniaturize my game. Help???

Not offhand unless you want to do an overhaul of the source.

like 16x16 instead of 32x32?
if so.. I don't believe that requires a lot of work.. just need to change the numbers in a few areas.

I've seen a lot on 16x16 tiles.
You're much better optimizing the 16x16 tiles into 32x32 sets. Creating 16x16 tiles will involve completely changing a lot of things in the source, and brings fourth a lot of problems.
Plus, 16x16 tiles are far more difficult to map with.

Your best bet is to just zoom your 16x16 tiles to x2\.

It's quite in at the moment, Games like Silverdale, Enlandor use it. It gives a Snes feel to it.

you have it wrong. I have a 32x32 tileset but they are so large it makes the game very low quality. I can make the tileset smaller but then it doesnt line up correctly. Thats why if I make the whole game run on 16x16 it works easier for me. I've learned that you cant do that in any easy way so now i want to know if I can zoom the screen out to give the illusion that they are in fact smaller.

In Origins try changing PIC_X and PIC_Y to 16.
