[ES 1.2] Timer Bug Fix

Timers, recently, have been acting up with the latest version of Eclipse Stable. I poked around and found that this was because timers were being run twice.

Find Sub ServerLogic and remove this line:

```
    Call ScriptedTimer
```
Timers will then work as usual. :)

Where is Sub ServerLogic? Sorry I'm new to sourcing.

Okay that Call is only listed once in Sub ServerLogic. Am I supposed to remove it anyways?

When I remove Call ScriptedTimer from Sub ServerLogic and test run my server when I try and login to the game I get RTE 5 on this line of code

Sub GetRidOfTimer(ByVal Name As String)
    **Call CTimers.Remove(Name)**
