I don't think it was a game, I believe he was experimenting with what he could do, so that he could make a turn based system.

I do that! ;D I'm making my own eclipse edit, hope it'll be good enough as origins :)

We are going off topic, but Origins isn't an edit. He started with an up to date version of Miarge, which is the original engine that Eclipse came from, and added to it and rewrote it to what it is now. It's nothing like Eclipse other than the fact that they have a few similar features and came from the base.

I wish you the best of luck with your edit though, and hope to see it when you have something good to show everyone. Finally, we should probably stop posting here until robin comes back and mentions something about this experiment.
