mhedoos Posted July 1, 2010 Author Share Posted July 1, 2010 Hello Eclipsers !!!Okay so today I'm going to teach you guys how to play Gba (Gameboy Advance) games with your friends online…ok so the files you need :Hamachi (optional) you might need it.Vba link its the emulator,get it Here :[http://www.vbalink.info/](http://www.vbalink.info/).Okay so when you download this files start reading the tutorial :Instructions for VBALink 1.72 (version 1.8 has a little different interface) * In VBA Link Options > Emulator, uncheck Pause when inactive window.![](http://www.vbalink.info/img/config/pause-inactive.gif)# (Don't forget to do this for all 4 emulators you have started. )# In options setup all the things, like controls, save paths & so on.![](http://www.vbalink.info/img/config/joypad-configure.gif)# (Go to Options > Joypad > Configure Joypad > 1 and set up the keys you want to use.)# Get a friend and repeat the same step on their PC.# One of you must start vbaserver.exe and when asked enter type in how many players there are (in this case 2) so type 2, and it will give you a IP that has to be entered on the other PC.![](http://www.vbalink.info/img/lan/vbaserver.gif)Go to Options > Link and press on LAN![](http://www.vbalink.info/img/lan/lan_link_options.gif)# Turn VBA off and wait for 3 seconds.# Go to Options > Link and use the IP you just got in the box, and press CONNECTNow do the same for all your friends who will play.NOTE: When starting vba server if WinXP FireWall is turned on you will see a warning. This emulator will play GBC/GBA games on your PC, and it supports using a forwarded port over the internet as the Game Boy's Link Cable for multiplayer/trades on several games, but not all of them.VBALink 1.72 is a piece of shit however, because it is very slow and does not support wireless internet connection, only LAN.
