Random Map

This is just a random map I made as an example somewhere else, and I just decided that since I already had the image uploaded I might as well post it here.

I've been doing mapping for a while so don't give me any mercy. Tear apart every little detail you see. Destroy my hopes and dreams if you must. Just do it in a way that can help me fix them.

The road is too straight, and the patches of long grass are too square. The map looks a bit crowded, and the tileset is RMXP.

Thanks for the feedback, although unfortunately I didn't have any complete tilesets on hand other than RMXP that were sufficient to make this kind of map so I had to use RMXP.

Oh, just noticed, the logs that lay in the long grass, you should put one of those tiles on mask 2 or something so it looks like they are in the grass in stead of on top.

Yeah put some curves in that road, remember nature is not straight.

Too many trees. Not enough grass variation for the wild.

Perhaps you could add some grass lumps onto the road (if the tileset has those.), because right now it just looks too.. Perfect.

Thanks for the replies, although I won't be redoing this map because it was mostly just an example somewhere else, at least not until my custom tileset is done.
