My 3D banners

So i'm really getting into 3D design, and a friend asked me to make him some banners for a web-browser game he is working on.
He likes them, but i think he likes them because a friend made them for him. So what do you guys think of my banners?
I know i have a long way to go. I play with 3D every day trying to learn as much as i can, but i'm not nearly as good as some people i've seen. So i want your opinion, am i on the right track? Anywhere near it?

I really like using textures so the banners will be textured.

What do you mean by logo?
For the 3D images, i use BlenderGE 4.9\. All the tools i use are in there, including a texture editor so i can make it, render it, and retouch it in the same program. But by no means does it just "render and voilla" as you surely know.

for the uccello(fractal) made the fractal's bird-like shape in apophysis, rendered it, then colored/retouched in paint.NET

I tend to refer logos as banners, excuse me for that. It's obvious you've created the models and textured them in blender. I was just wondering if you happened to take it a step further and add some simple 2d brush, lighting etc. effects on a paint program or even on blender (In terms of lighting) to make the banner less plain and boring and more eye-catching and relevant to a city at night. =_,=

No in fact we wanted them to be simple, that way people can concentrate more on the actual, game(since it is a web browser game we don't want people to look at the pretty banners and ignore all the text)

As for looking fit for a city at night? When convined with the website and some CSS they look just perfect for a night city. Tough i could always add some black glow on them i guess…
