So as the title says, I will start to show off parts of my tileset I'm working on. I'd like to get some criticism on what I could change and do better.
**DO NOT COMMENT ON THE ACTUAL MAPS AS THEY ARE JUST TO SHOW THE GRAPHICS.**

>! >! Changes:
Brighter house with more noticeable shading. (Note that the top is not shaded yet.)
Left stone has changed shading (Will only change left one until I am 100% sure it looks good enough.)
Darker outlines on fences.
Sandstone tile added.
added shadows for the small stones on the dirt ground to make them more noticeable.

I've made a tree fence but I am not sure about the looks of it, please tell me how I can change it for the better. (I DID NOT MAKE THE GRASS ON THIS ONE.)

Its work and progress. Who cares if theres RMXP tiles in it. It looks good, but its hard to tell the difference between the floor and the inside of the walls.

I have made every single tile here, which is what I am showing off, not the character.

Ashley, what tiles look flat and how can they be improved? They are all shaded. and Shinabi, what floor and wall are you talking about? Not sure what blends together.

The railings and the rocks look flat compared to the ground tiles they are supposed to appear in front of/over. With the example of the rocks, they are shaded alright by themselves, except for the sudden lighting on the underside of the rock, which doesn't make any sense and ruins the depth. This also makes the rocks look out of place compared to the ground they are on.

The walls, also don't have shading, atleast not enough to be worthwhile. With this sort of shading it's better to be simplistic and obvious, as the general shading helps the player determine the orientation of game objects.

Thanks for the information in how I could change them Anna, made some minor changes, note that the upper part of the house is not complete yet. And the rock is supposed to be half covered by a tile, such as grass. :P (Only changed the left stone, so I won't need to change them both every time I change one.)
