Rotating pixelart tool

Hello, while working on my Paperdoll weapons I met a problem. If you are trying to rotate a weapon or w/e it will become blurry and wont look good ingame.
I've found this program that will rotate your pixelart without making it look bad.

It's veery timeconsuming though. But havent found another way to do this. (except by using another image interpolation in photoshop, but that doesnt look good either.)

Here's an example:

The RotSprite seems to do a much better job.

The GG rotating tool is near to the middle example :S, so… interesting=TRUE for me :), although normally I don't rotate anything. But I will take into account that nifty tool :3.

You should be re-creating the item in different positions, not rotating it.

I'm not pretty sure, but aren't you referring to flip horizontal/vertical? If yes, no it doesn't. You can easily flip with other programs. MSPaint as example. And is failproof.
If you meant to say that if it can rotate clock-wise, either use negatives OR angles higher than 180º.
