Tartius - looking for a team

So I've been planing on making a game for the past few months, and in the last few weeks, I've kicked it into high gear.

I want to make a side-scrolling MMO, using PVO, unfortunately, I don't have all the skills to do it alone or I would.

Also, I'm hoping that all the tiles, weapons and armor will be fully custom…none of this RMXP stuff that's overused.

Some features I would like implicated into the game:

>!     -Advanced movement
                -The ability to jump off wall, slide under gaps and such
    -Quest System
                -Completely from scratch, seeing as there are a few features to quests that aren't in current quest systems
    -Pet system
                -Pretty self-explanatory in my opinion
    -Dungeon Instancing
                -So that players don't have to worry about other parties while exploring a dungeon
    -Mini-map display
                -Shows player's location in the current area, not just the single map they're on
      -Player sprite customization
                -Players all start with the same sprite depending on their gender, then as they progress in the game they get new hair, armor clothing etc….(think of Maplestory and similar games)

What I've accomplished so far in the game alone is:

Basic  world history finished:

>! At the birth of time, worlds were created and many branched
together to form dimensions.  It is one of these dimensions where
heroes and villains hater to fight for fame and fortune. That is the
one continent world.  That is Tartius.
      Founded by warriors, twas a place where the strong could compete
in arena's to earn glory for themselves ad their heirs. Heroes,
villains, and everything in between swarmed from nearby dimensions to
earn their place in history as mighty warriors. It was one such person
that nearly destroyed it all.
      Amosa was a spell-caster of magic unknown to anyone at the time,
ad to this day as well. He won battles against warriors possessing
strength no mortal easily achieves, and unscathed at that. Even with
all the victories he possessed, he was disliked by all. He gloated,
was obnoxious and never gave pity to any opponent he faced, not one
warrior he faced lived to face another day.
      Once he had defeated all warriors who dared to challenge him, he
demanded that he be immortalized into history through the preservation
of his spirit into the hall of heroes located in the palace of
Tartius. When he was refused for his behavior in combat, he wasn't
heard from for months by anyone.
    One night he was spotted in a small town, where he started to
chant in the middle of town.  After the guard had arrived, he finally
stopped and laughed maniacally, for a dark cloud had formed above the
town, and from this cloud, it appeared.
      It was the nothing elemental, the avatar of undoing.  Controlled
by Amose, it was sent after many towns, reducing them to dust and
taking many lives in the process.
      Before he could reach the capital though, he was stopped by five
heroes wielding the dive weapons of space and time. Constructing a
prison out of the same martial as their weapons, and locked it with
their weapons. Amose was never seen after the incident, and has been
presumed killed by the elemental.
>! 100 years later…
>! Tartius has become a peaceful place, many have settles in it, even
with the traveling warriors constantly arriving and leaving. The
ancient tale of Amose and the Nothing elemental have been reduced to
tales told to little children to scare them into behaving.

Main cities

>! Port Aquris
      This city borders the eastern ocean and is considered to be the
merchants city. Many sailors believe that there may be another
continent somewhere out on the ocean blue, but searches for one have
all but failed. This town is also believed to be home for the thieves
guild, but it is unknown if those rumors are true or not.
>! Elandria
      This is the capital of Tartius. It is surrounded by forests an
mountains and all major roads branch out from here. The mages guild has
established itself here and has supplied scrolls and spells to city
for the profit of the guild. Inside city, the castle stands high and
tall above the city and it's tower's peaks can be seen from over the
mountains. Elandria is home to the royal family and their personal
guard, the Black Mask's. They are an elite warrior force trained in
both stealth an strength. Also, the Arena of Earth is located here in
Elandria. Most challenges in the arena require high endurance and
strength to finish.
>! Vaelish
      The city of fire, Vaelish is surrounded by both active and
dormant volcanoes, but is protected from lava by an ancient, enchanted
artifact. The warriors guild is located here in Vaelish and it is they
who protect the artifact of the city. A main encampment for the Tartian
military is located on the outskirts of the city as well. The Arena of
Fire is located in Vaelish and it is there where the fast thinking
compete. Most challenges in this arena require fast reflexes and
critical thinking in order to accomplish.
>! Aeriela
      Located high in the northern mountains, Aeriela stands tall and
true welcoming those who choose the path of righteousness over
darkness. Monks flock here from all over to gather and pray and
discuss furthering their divine mission, locating the avatar who will
bring peace to the universe. Anyone who enters the city of evil
intentions will be attacked and sent out of the city on sight
>! Leaviil
    A small town which borders the western ocean, this town houses the
portal which connects Tartius to the rest of the dimensions. The town
prospers from the constant flow of travelers and is known for their
merchants who carry goods from other dimensions.
>! Poleeah
      Located on a small isle off the southern coast, Poleeah is a town
where laws no longer apply and criminals, black market dealers,
mercenaries and more gather. Acolytes are know to have a sanctuary
here in Poleeah and welcome those with evil tainted hearts and will
attack those of good intentions.
>! Sariff
      A giant desert is located in the north-western edge of Tartius,
and in it's hearts is where Sariff thrives. Bandits run the city and
it is known far and wide that the bandit leader bribes the nobles to
keep them out of their business, and to keep the law out of Sariff.
Bounty hunters also gather here to collect their bounties from the
bandit leader, ancient artifacts have been said to be in circulation
here as well. Many treasures are rumored to be hidden beneath the
sands and "maps" to treasure can be found in town. Standing in the
center of Sariff however, is a magnificent coliseum. Slaves, criminals
and all of the like are pitted against one another and monsters for te
entertainment of both the general public and the nobles. Volunteers to
fight are said to be granted a magnificent gift, what that is however,
is unknown.
>! Fahluhmore
      The greater arena, the first arena built, is located no where
else but here. Warriors who prove themselves in both of the oter
arena's and the coliseum and granted permission to participate in the
greater arena. Trials which require strength of gods, cunning of
geniuses and quickness of leopards are what await those who do
participate. Those who pass these trials however, have their soul tied
to the jar of heroes and have themselves immortalized into history,
even after their mortal body is long gone. They are also granted a
wish by the strongest spell-caster known to any dimension.

I've done basic main menu gui editing, nothing fancy really….yet:

Job: Self-Employed C++ / HTML programmer
Experience: Only 3 years of experience, have worked for small companies, designed a few games, also trying to apply for Blizzard.
Reason For Joining: Have alot of spare time, business is slow as I have only left college for 3 years. Also i am trying to be part of something big and if i was on your team believe me it would be. But i would like to be a pixel or GFX artist as i have done this before in college, liked it, but never got the chance to do it again. Plus after non-stop programming for 3 years I want to try something new.
