Quess
I've just stared working on main GUI for Never Ending Dream Project. Here's how it looks now. Of course it needs lots more of work. Please tell me what shall I change, add or remove.>! ![](http://img860.imageshack.us/img860/2315/maini.jpg)URL:[http://img860.imageshack.us/img860/2315/maini.jpg](http://img860.imageshack.us/img860/2315/maini.jpg)>! ![](http://img151.imageshack.us/img151/747/guiv.png)URL:[http://img151.imageshack.us/img151/747/guiv.png](http://img151.imageshack.us/img151/747/guiv.png)Now I'm going to blur the contours, add buttons, text near bars, gold, ping and edit the chat. Carim123
It's looking good, but unnecessarily large.
Quess
You mean that I should decrease the size of client or just the image I posted? Because it's 785x594 as almost every Eclipse.

Quess
Maybe you are right, but I will probably fill all the unused space later. I'm going to add some new buttons at the bottom and at the top there will be gold, ping, run/walk option and maybe sound on/off option as it's no need keeping Options button for music and sounds only. Carim123
Well, let me show you my GUI. My GUI is actually bigger than yours, but you can see how I've made up most of the space.Sorry, it's in GIF form, and animated. xD.>! ![](http://makeagif.com/media/6-11-2011/36W9qx.gif)
Quess
Yea it looks quite nice ;p I'd try to make one like that but only when I learn VB6 a bit more, so I will be able to play around with translucency and blurs. Now when i can only use RGB and transparency I'm very limited.
Derryl
A lot of empty space, thats never good at all. If you're going to make a GUI that big you might aswell make a bigger picscreen to match it. But yeah, just reduce the wasted space.
Quess
I've already filled almost all the space ;) Now I'm going to sleep and tomorrow I will finish it and post. (It's 1:15 a.m. ;D)
IdoFreePixel
I hope that your using those graphics as an outline and plan on making your own graphics to add to it.
kyoghin
I think the main issue is that the GUI is over half the gaming screen, regardless of how big the resolution is. It really limits how much you actually see ingame which can be hindering depending on your mapping.
9lucky
Is it just me or does anyone else think that the yellow part of the border is too bright.-9lucky
Derryl
Kind of. Mostly because the background its on is dark grey.
Quess
Almost done. Now I just have to add options on the right, change the text font, create some sliders and maybe some more details. Tell me what you think.

IdoFreePixel
Why is the inventory the only one slanted.
Quess
@IdoFreePixel:> Why is the inventory the only one slanted.Because it rotates on hover (printscreen doesn't show cursor on it) ^^
Carim123
You misspelled Ability. Also, Music and Sounds is pointless. Unless if you're adding a Jukebox thing?
Quess
Ohh I know I've already fixed the ability button but forgot to paste it in GUI as well ^^ I'm not gonna add any jukebox. There are just gonna be on and off buttons, as I replaced options frame with equipment which contains 12 types of items.
