Zorcon40
Hey,So I'm working on a team to build a game (someone else's not mine) and ever since I downloaded it, my player has always moved faster than his shadow. I'll start walking and the avatar will run ahead while the thing I'm controlling being the shadow stays at a normal speed. It's sort of funny to see sometimes lol, but It gets annoying because you loose track of where you're at and you cant see yourself. Just your shadow and your name. I've tried deleting the file and redownloading it but it doesnt work, I have the latest version of his game, so what do I do to fix it? Nobody else on their team is having this problem, just me, and everyone is clueless on how to fix it. Any suggestions?Zorc
GKO
Have you did any edits to the code, and if soo what?
Jeff
Tell whoever made the game. Unless you have the source or no the reason behind the problem, you're useless in fixing the error.
jcsnider
Yes, **IF** it is **CSDE** paste your DrawPlayer code. Otherwise I have never seen this problem in EO before.
Zorcon40
Lol I'm not a genius when it comes to computers… so what's a CSDE and what's a drawplayer code? lol- I haven't done any edits to anything in the file, just helped create stuff in game, however, the problem occured the second I stepped foot into the game... jcsnider
@Zorcon, for future notice, you should not come here asking for support for a game you don't even have the code for. You should always ask the owner and let them handle problems.
