20/2(5+5)

parentheses, exponents, multiplication/division, addition/subtraction.

parentheses, 20/2(5+5)
–-> 20/2(10)

exponents, there are none

multiplication/division, theres more then one problem involving multiplication, but it does not matter because it will multiply out to the same thing so:
20/2
(10) –-> 10(10) ----> 100

there. its 100\. Problem solved. Give me some difficult maths.

The thing is, if you were to write it on a piece of paper, you have to count for the implied brackets that they want to count 20/2, or 20/(2*(5+5)), it depends how you write it, because in digital form, he does not say that the (5+5) is a part of the **denominator** or not, which makes a huge difference, because it does not say it is, it will be assumed it is not, making the actual question (20/2)(5+5), because the brackets in 20/2 is implied, making the final answer **100**.

It's a stupid trick question to begin with, because the rules of implied brackets aren't really taught, but widely used in these stupid scenarios.

Edit: Also, it's a honest mistake, so I wouldn't really consider someone unable to solve this an idiot.
