Robert Buice
Hi, I just tried to change my max maps. I simply foundPublic Const MAX_MAPS As Long = 100And changed the 100 to 200\. I then compiled and restarted the server. I checked the server's map folder and it went up to 200.dat. I logged into the game and tried to warp to map 101, and then to 200\. It said both times that the map numbers were invalid. Is there more code I need to change?
Carim123
Did you do it client-side, too?
Robert Buice
Where exactly is the code to change that?
Taegan
You do it like you did server-side, I assume.
Carim123
modConstants? Same place?Little tip but, mostly in modConstants, the CMSG/SMSG count in modEnumerations, Sub InitMessages, and mostly in modTypes, you'll find that the client code matches the server code. Robert Buice
Oh, strange. I did a search for "MAX_MAP" while I had "Current Project" bulleted, yet it didn't pop up. But I found it, and it now works. Thank you!
Jacquelinett
Shouldnt this thread be in the Q&A section in the first place?
Robert Buice
I was opening the source code to change it, so I figured I'd post it here. I know it's a very basic question, but I still thought it would be better here.
