guzmanm Posted December 5, 2011 Share Posted December 5, 2011 By runtime installer, do you mean like… installing .dll/.ocx/ect into the "C:\WINDOWS\" folder? If so, just grab any free installation maker software, like Click Team's [Install Creator](http://www.clickteam.com/website/usa/install-creator.html) and make it install your files to "C:\WINDOWS\" or wherever you wish.
