No. either some sort of modification to the engine is stretching your character, or its not pixel art. but as from that screenshot, he most definitely is not. He clearly believes that he has done it as pixel art and I believe him as such. The reason being is that he may not know that what ever tool he has used may have effected or added anti-aliasing.ShowLoco, what program did you use to make the character, and what tool?
