If you don't ask them and your game goes anywhere they'll just send you a cease and desist notice and shut you down after you work on it. So might as well not bother to begin with. Elihu Posted June 14, 2012 Share Posted June 14, 2012 I don't bother about copyright when it comes to rpg vx, xp or Eclipse origins but I don't take the copyright chances that could make me get sued or have the police or nintendo gaming company beating down my front door =-=. You go through with your game with out the ok(Atleast in writing for court evidence.) it will be a label saying target on your ass and nintendo's got the gun.
