  1. Possible for you to put it on a darker background and a high quality. Its very hard to see what to C&C. From what i can see - . The shoulders need a little bit of work, as they form into a weird shape where the neck should be. . No mouth / nose? . I cant see any feet. . Some more defination where the hands are to layout the fingers . Mo defination on the waist area looking foward to see inprovments

Plus, I have been working much longer and have put much more dedication into Lostica than Hippoman has put into World's End. I have no doubt that Lostica will be something special, as I have seen many of the build up projects leading to the creation of it. I didnt mean to flame or bash either game just comment on the engine that you have created for this thread and appreciate the fact that you have cept it a closed source engine. In all hounesty I have no knowledge on the engine that the people at Worlds End are using, I thought it was suggested from an earlier post that you may have given them your engine for their development. Sorry to go off-topic a bit.

From an outside developers frame of mind I would love to have this open source, as i'd say around 98% of the people here would not have the first clue as to making their own. As far as I know ther are only two actively developed side scrolling games, Lostica and Worlds End, which that alone sets them apart from the hundreds of other crappy, generic projects roaming about, why give that up at all.

  5. I like the style, but think (just my opinion) that the middle, more extended tree looks a little oddlyshaped for that style of tree.
  6. Heya guys, Yet another GUI, gone back from 800x600 to experiement with some smaller sized GUI's, im getting quite a collection of gui's now hehe - *images removed* C&C away! As allways ignor the mapping, and some of the icons. whats the verdict? Thanks, Munky.
  7. Not a badly put together tutorial, but anyone who needs help creating a screenshot should not be on a forum based in game design. My opinion ofc.

  15. Nah im not younge, just never drew anything much before. Im looking to improve so I understand exactly what you guys are getting at, like I said with my next attempt im going to focus on getting it more anatomically correct and scaled properly.

Heya guys, I got some time leading up to uni so I thought i would try something that ive never done before, draw freehand… my drawing skills suck but im looking to improve so I thought I would post my sketches here for some C&C.   23. Heya guys, I made a seperate form for my chat window and made it transparent, Ive set it so by default it is allways ontop of the frmMirage but nothing else. Ah ok, I am too using some of his models for a little side-project. Your game is an inspiration in terms of looks and playability. I hope to be able to reach about the same standard, on a much smaller scale though.
  25. Updated again. Switched to a high resolution for the game screen, which means i had to pretty much start again. I exported it as very low quality . The colour contrast with the invetory and chat are VB problems im working on fixing. . I cant map to save my life lol Please as allways C&C welcome.
