Ok, I got a new laptop and I have a problem. In some game I play they use the f1-f12 keys But my laptops main function for those keys are to bring up remaining battery life and crap like that. to hit f1 i have to hit Fn then f1 which gets really annoying Is there a way to disable the main function and just have the keys set to f1-f12? thanks-

it should just if an npc is on the other side of you it will affect them 2. Best bet install the script fix. It's not 2 hard

If you are using 2.7 or te if the spell does more damage then thenpc has health then it wont show. also in 2.7 ( not sure about te) only area effect spells work unless you apply the source edit to fix the spells or fix them with the scripting method. both can be found on the tutorials board (i think).

The way to make it not move is to paper doll it all facing it the same direction. to make it not attack. i think you can set the hp and leave the str at 0 and it would attack but not hurt you just make sure not to put in an attack animaton. :icon_music:

ok so is there an easy way to have a 2x exp event? or do i have to goto every npc and double it.

It helps A LOT if they look professional but they dont have to. But they should look decent.

to do opacity i'm pretty sure that requires a source edit BUT… you can black out every other pixel in the text bubble and then you can see through it and still see the text bubble
