I've been on Google and Forum search for the last 3 hours looking for this thing. Every time I think I have it the link ends up being dead. Is there anyone out there who has this and can repost it for me. I need to convert about 150 custom sprites from this format: 000000000000 To this one: 0000 0000 0000 0000

This seems really nice but I cant quite get it to work without the runtime libraries. The link appears to be dead. :/

In Eclipse stable and 2.7 the server had a file called data.ini where I could edit a whole lot of good stuff. Where can I get to all those options in EO?

Does eclipse support any kind of streaming audio format such as asx or pls?

I don't think a game like Starcraft on the 3DS would be a great successes. Here's how it would go down for me: Person 1: Oh look they ported Starcraft to the 3DS. Person 2: Wow, way to take all the things I liked about this game and throw them in the trash. Person 1: What? NO BATTLE.NET!?! Person 2: Well that's lame, I'm not paying $50 for an rts without wifi play.
