Basicly i DESIGN only. The customer gets a PhotoShop file with all images in it. It's not one big image. The "BIG IMAGE" contains small images like all the bars and backgrounds. And all that is in the .psd file. Icould offer HTML/CSS coding but that'd cost extra. (depends on the difficulty of the layout..i'm a gfx designer not a coder so my HTML skills are a bit rusted)
