Honestly, if you need speed you need to upgrade your Hardware. Your core is horrible, RAM should be at minimum 4GB, and you should not be using a bloody chip set as your graphics card. If you want speed at you current set up, I suggest Ubuntu. However, since I assume you love Windows and its ability to play games out of the box, you'll need to upgrade your hardware. Installing a fresh copy of the OS (as in one you would get directly from Microsoft) helps get rid of the stupid shit manufactures put on the OS on install. - Adulese

Chief is most likely right. When you restore to factory default, you also destroy all updated drivers. Just find your devices and download them from your provider. Also, what are your specs, I may be able to suggest a route to get it preforming better. - Adulese

I use Illistrator for when I am doing a line art piece, not when I am doing comics. Flash makes it easier to work with panels. Also, ROBIN, where is mah minecraft videos? It's been a week and I miss your British accent. ;D - Adulese

Flash is far better for drawing and coloring comics. Photoshop can be good for some things, but you loose the crispness that comes with vector graphics. - Adulese
