  1. @Zombie0hour: > Why is it all of these mirage fags can some in here and post their latest projects in every mirage-based engine forum and just go away. All they are doing is advertising their games and they can do so becasue they are well known people. Idiot poster is Idiotic [ Nice Maps by the way. ]
  2. @DarkCarrier: > I read about VB2008 having the ability to upgrade / convert the code from VB6 to VB 2008\. This wouldnt work? Oh, also, just a quick question, VB 2008 still uses the basic IF THEN ELSE etc. stuff from VB6 right? o.o Yes it does.
  3. Dumb ass must have put the card in the wrong way. Some people these days…
  4. Not sure if i got the newest one, but here ya go. http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=4710349 Watch the whole thing. Your bot goes boom.
  5. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gradient BTW I think it looks nice although the shading isn't the best. ;)
  6. MyIndex = Your Player's Game Number ( The socket number of your player ) Index = Used for getting a certain Player(s) number like: For x = 0 to InsertMaxPlayers DrawPlayerName(x, GetPlayerName(x) ) Next x Which would Draw All the Players Name or whatever
  7. Nope .PNG is compatible. ( Well you can load it with some heavy coding which is both slow and dumb. If you wanted true PNG, try DX8\. )
  8. yeah well as far as I know, they are both the same, but the second one is for VB.NET. Anyway, I use the first one and its great. I learned DX8 for VB6 in about a day, and already converted a Mirage Source Base to it. I would just Google VB6 tuts and see what you get. What are you looking for anyway? VB6 Eclipse style, or VB6 in general?

    Mac?

Nope the VB6 language, or any other VB version for that matter, can't compile for the use of a Mac computer. ( Eclipse is made with VB6 )
  10. Game Programming for Teens (the first one) is good. Then again, you need some VB exp for this book.
