  1. Wholesale supply to other food companies. I wonder how long it can be stored? Obviously for awhile any large transactions with syrup will be scrutinized so they won't be able to make any large sales of the stolen product. But who knows, maybe it's an ingredient in a new designer drug? Humans love finding new ways to recreationally poison themselves, and that's always gonna be a lucrative market.
  2. And yet another shitpost by the king of shitposting, General Pony. Despite my crappy internet, you're the #1 reason I rarely post here.
  3. Luna is Gwen. General General Pony is a shitposter that is ruining Eclipse one post at a time.
  4. > I honestly read this as "Thieves steal maple syrup stash from Canada _trollop_house". Well, everyone knows syrup goes great with prostitutes. ![:P](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons//tongue.png)
  5. Probably Secret of Mana. Just because I actually have the cart of that (Seiken Densetsu 3 is a great game but only emulatable). > I would definitely pick BoF4 over 1,2 and 3 any time. PSX-era and newer JRPGs went downhill. Once the tech allowed them to do all their stupid cutscenes and soap opera "storylines" the games went to pot. The genre started becoming generic anime with a lame Ultima ripoff game attached.
  6. >Halo >best at anything other than being generic
  7. The only thing I have an issue with, is what perspective of game is this for? Side-scroller, it looks fine, for 4:3 "top-down" view, it's a bit "flat" toward the side. But I suppose that would depend with the perspective of every other object, too.
  8. Are RPGM tiles overused? Of course. They are the only generally availible tilesets for this type of perspective that are out there. Every other option, while may have aesthetic qualities that make them superior, do not have the availiblity of content and variation that RPGM tiles have. You can cover almost every genre, and every environment, with RPGM tilesets. And have enough content for variations and details. I disagree with trees, Richy; compared to every other generally availible tileset out there, the RMXP tilesets especially are veritable cornucopias of trees. That said, they do still only have a handful of unique individual trees. But also, as an interface design, you don't need or want every single tree to be unique; if they all are, what happens when you want to make a particular tree interactive to the player? Trees are trees. Yes they are all unique, but generally the abstract concept of "tree" overrides the individual characteristics of individual trees; because we don't need to scrutinize and evaluate every tree on an individual basis. Not that mappers don't have to use details and good mapping design to alleviate repetition; this is an important consideration most amatuer mappers ignore.
  9. Seriously, you're just being a douche right now Bourne. Your work is not being stolen or used without compensation for you. The only thing that happened is you put some work in and failed to sell the final product. THIS HAPPENS. DEAL WITH IT. Artists have it so easy in modern times. Anyway, you shouldn't go around and calling entire online communities (some of whom may have been a future market for your services) scum. All it does is show that you're an entitlted douchebag (and it's good to know that isn't monopolized by Americans). It sucks you couldn't sell your work to the prospective client, but again, that happens. Chalk it up as experience, and additional content for your portfolio. The response and actions you've performed as a result of this are not productive to your growth as an artist in making contacts or improving your economic potential. All you've been doing is alienating potential market for your limited services. Because come the duck on, nowadays artists (and overpriced art services) are all over the Internet.
  10. I'm surprised in the state of the economy people still fetishize the whole abstract "collage edumacation" idea. Enjoy your undischargable debt until you're 40 (if you're lucky).
  11. Hey Snimmy long time no see! ![:)](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons//smile.png) Same to you too, Gwen! ![;)](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons//wink.png)
  12. One thing with the side walk is you should maybe bob the head down 1 pixel and see how that works. It might be too much for the size of that sprite, though; but walking is a full-body activity, it isn't just the legs that move, and a good way to show the shifting and swaying of the upper body as well at these sort of scales is head-bobbing. But they look good, and even the side view, which is usually difficult to do.
  13. Inside looks good, only issue I see is the doorway doesn't match up so much with the door on the outside (it doesn't have to be exact because of scale differences, but it should be relative. If the indoor map is the upstairs then disregard.
  14. Come on his name is about a white gooey paste that comes out of a tube. What did you expect?

  16. Lot of reddit babbies in Eclipse nowadays. I am sorry for your lots.
  17. My condolences, Socuine. ;)
  18. Wow I didn't know Jags lost so much value. My 2000 Honda Civic is almost worth as much. Also another thing is getting basic maintenance on a Jaguar is probably a major hassle. You don't need some fancy exotic car for your first one. There are plenty of basic imports and domestics that are sporty. But also sporty isn't always that great. Sure the asshole with the brand new Corvette his parents bought him is nice, but it isn't fun. You can't take a bunch of friends around in it, smoke up, or go off the beaten path with it. @[Pie: > ICT link=topic=81662.msg875183#msg875183 date=1342896301] > I disagree with both anna, and Marshy Dearest. My first car.. at the age of 19 was a 16.5k 07 Honda. Why bother going through the trouble of repairing a bunch of old worn out parts. Get the newer car. Go to a dealership with your mom or dad, and get them to cosign a newer used car. Have the money in full, but use this opportunity to raise your credit. >implying I said anything against Hondas >implying 90s Hondas are hard to maintain Yeah if you can afford a new or near-new car, go for it. Not everybody can though.
  19. >jaguar >cheap Come on, you're not that much of a prick Zonova. Also aren't you like fucking 16 or something? You have absolutely no business seriously considering acquiring a Jaguar. That age is when you get some cheap relable car that you learn the nuances of driving. Go for a 90s or early 2000s Honda, if you can afford an Accord with a v6 they can get up pretty good.
  20. > 3x Nvidia Geforceā€¦ Great for a heater or hotplate. What you've been cooking on it?
  21. Is Drift City still going? That wasn't bad although it got kind of grindy.
  22. @Zonova: > That was awesome. Is it on Netflix Instant? Probably not since it's a new HBO show. Even in the future it may be unlikely it will be on Netflix streaming (I have to get the DVDs of The Wire from Netflix).
  23. I love that scene in Friday where he pours the whole box of cereal into the mixing bowl but then there's only a splash of milk in the carton.
  24. @Forgotten: > Use light minutesā€¦ Light minute is a measure of distance, not time. Oh, and Base-10 systems are for babbys.
