Plus you wouldn't be employing anyone. If you're paying for someone to do it on here, it's usually a one off of, say, "£X to add this tutorial and £Y to make this feature". You're not going to be continually hiring someone and paying them a monthly fee to cater to your programming whims. There was a guide running topless around this place a while ago called 'Tips on hiring a programmer'. Seemed pretty helpful and would get the job done faster than a tumble-weed post in the Talent Centre.

Then start your ORPG (Note it's ORPG. Not MMO) and think of something unique. Don't immediately try and set up an MMO with source-board tutorials, RMXP graphics and a Webs.com website. It will fail. Take it slowly, learn everything thoroughly and remember to make something new and interesting, not unoriginal and dull. Look through the Eclipse Projects section to see what works and what doesn't.

Pay someone to do it.

You need to change the handle of the sword - on the smaller sprite the guy looks like he's holding a sword out sideways. Maybe try changing the angle he's holding it at so it's not so straight too.

Looks pretty old-school RPG-style. I'd have to explore it some more but the graphics remind me of old Runescape's concept renders and the like.
