Heh, consider the following. First, the engine needs to be completed. Before it can be completed, the game logics need be created. Then, various other modules must be created. Map editor, particle editor, npc editor and much more. Then the graphics needs to be created. Etc.. Etc..

I'm quite sure people won't use these. Well, atleast, I won't. The sprites are very bland. No use of shading makes it look pale. The walk cycle doesn't look nice at all. The front view looks slim, whilst the left/right view looks fat.

I have no idea what you are talking about. Try to be more specific in your issue.
