Hmm.. The 3 pets is kind of lame in a way. You're gonna see tons of copies of each other, there will barely be any customization from what I can see. I'm curious to see how the gameplay is. Reading through the topic though, it felt more like a standard RPG rather an ORPG. You'll have alot of work to do to make 3 pets stand out alot more than the current gen. games where you can capture nearly every enemy as a pet and train it. Looking forward to see how this unfolds.

The worst case scenario I've heard was the west coast being hit with below 100 rads. But if no livestock is dying or people aren't getting sick, I doubt it's even over 15 rads. If that. That, and I doubt any information right now is 100% accurate. You just gotta kinda pick a few facts from each source and try to rationalize or justify what sounds right.

I honestly don't like any of the three. I agree that you should switch up the gradient with something more.. Appealing. Then instead of using basic fonts that have odd blurs and colors, just use a fancy font that's white or stands out that isn't hard on the eyes.

You could make a "Intro" map or something that only new chars spawn to, make the chars invisible, and show sprites or something as text or whatever. That may be more of a pain than anything though. Just a suggestion. I'd prefer Shadowwulf's idea though.

People will believe what they want. As for myself, I don't think coincidences exist. However, I also don't believe in a natural doomsday. Like this Mayan calendar crap. If the world is doomed, it'll be by something WE do.

Yes, and no. Would be cool that you could sprite your own, but people prefer not to have clones of the RPG maker series.

It's pretty cool though. But yeah.. If anyone can make those using a generator, it kinda kills the epic-buzz. :C

I prefer the second one.

Hmm. I guess my post was a bit arrogant in a way. I just haven't seen any Eclipse games that stand out. Robin's does a little bit. I don't think it deserves front page though. I would like to see a couple of really good programmers team up and make a project.

Sounds like you either don't have permission, don't have a password(Doubt it.), or you have a corrupted file inside the .zip. I would suggest getting 7Zip. Also, it doesn't matter WHERE you unzip the folder.
