Well, the sheet of items is already there. There should be empty white boxes in your Items.bmp. That's where you put your new items, mostly all the time.

I know the answer to your last question! you simply just add them into your files in the GFX folder which is in the client folder. Wow, I made that complicated. Well, I think the items, weapons, and whatnot have to be 34x34? Or was it 32x32? Someone correct if I'm wrong on both.
