Lol what eo runtimes lib they are installed in your pc harddrive not into the client well i cant remember where exactly they go but around that area.

lol ok um try this extract to a folder in desktop and if you dont see anything just restart your computer and check the folder.

um try extracting the lib.exe into a folder and close the winrar and run it. it usually makes a difference

lol true but if you lvl up way to quick and easy i would find it boring. For example OMG i made to lvl 1000 and i have 999 in every stat and it only took me 1 hour yeah. -_- yup it sounds very fun.
