so i send e-mail to nintendo about my pokemon game and i ask what i need to do to i can realse it so i weit about 10 days and i got this(i just typing what you need to reals yor pokemon game)  1.limit to server max 350 players 2.no making mony also no donations.(also i got bunch of text about credits… )So i typing from my phone i will paste all e-mail of nintendo when i go my pc fixed.(sry for my englesh)so i hope i help all ppl hu make pokemon games

if you giv good offer to nintendo about yor game they can say no *.*i giv offer for max 350 players online they say yas biz if yor game have low players you are no enemy to nintendo .if i remember pokenet was frst pkm game back 2007 in one night they got 7000 register user in game and tommorow nintendo shutdown it biz popularity

you are right but i think that is for pkn games hu didnt ask nintendo befor they realse game yes it is not ilegal but nintendo restricted me for 350 players and no making mony of game any way i dont need any one to belive me i got promision and i cnow to i now have right to make pkm game.if you or any other dont belive me that is ok whit me it is yor option.

It IS illegal. I very highly doubt that Nintendo would have replied with that.
