zarz02
I want to add some kind of white knight armor to my game. Let me start off by saying I couldn't make line with an etch-o-sketch. I suck at the arts but I can follow directions. If anyone has any idea how to make white armor more.. umm.. appeasing, please let me know :)![](http://i45.tinypic.com/28ibudy.png)But yes I know how bad it looks. I just couldn't really think of a way to make it look more.. armorish.. thats why I came to these forums :) My thought was add grey outlines but that turned out looking even worse.. JohnPony
Look at how other games do white armor, Runescape's white armor shit would be a great example. You need to make it stand out, this is done by adding a great amount of detail into it. Light reflection being a big one.
ZeoWorks
@General:> Look at how other games do white armor, Runescape's white armor bum candy would be a great example. I suggest you use a slightly more gray-ish tone for the main tone, then for reflections/shinyness use plain white. I recommend you use a black or gray outlining around each armour piece though so your character won't look like hes under a bedsheet. :)
