Archonxtreme
Hey guys,I've just started using Eclipse online today, I've made my account and was taken straight to the character creation screen. I made my character and started the game walked about in the tutorial jail area before closing the client. Now when I reopen the client and try to login I get an incorrect password window pop up every time, I don't have caps lock on or any function buttons pressed, I'm 100% sure the password is correct but no matter what I try I cannot log back into my server.Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you in advance.Archonxtreme
highonpaint
go to the server folder - data - accounts then you will see a file called namehere.bin, open it in notepad and you will see the username and password

Whackeddie99
I've noticed this before too. Whenever I make an account with the name Whackeddie99, it always happens. That's why i usually make my account named Whack. Never thought to much of it though, this is actually a problem.
clark
I Had this problem too when i added scripts a part of the server were affected so it didn't saved the password again. In this case if the password is shown by opening the account with notepad or anything like that , then it's probably the "Reading" that don't work anymore(This is only a theory if you added recently a new script) if it is then verify that the script didn't changed the reading of the accounts passwords.PS: sorry if i could know enough on vb6 i could tell you wich code to modify :/

Archonxtreme
Ok, just remade the account as "Archon" instead of "Archonxtreme" and it seems to work now, for some reason the client cant handle long usernames. thanks you again Whack for your reply ![:D](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.png)

JohnPony
It may be something to do with the set NAME_LENGTH.``` Login As String * ACCOUNT_LENGTH Password As String * NAME_LENGTH```Find the constant for ACCOUNT_LENGTH and NAME_LENGTH and try boosting those up a bit.
