Sorry, the server seems to be down

Hi everyone.

Ok here's the problem, I have been trying to play online with a friend in my server, i have done the next setps:

1.- Geting a Hamachi IP (I have already downloaded it and installed it).

2.- Change the config. in the client and puted the himachi IP.

3.- Added Himachi, server and game.exe trough the firewall.

My friend has done:

2.- Change the config. in the client and puted the himachi IP form my Himachi.

What else do i need, thnx.

Create a hamachi's group and make your friend join it.

Hmmm not sure , but maybe you still need to open the ports on your internet router ?

But just try this before :

Config.ini (server side)

put :

Port=4000

Tell your friend to do the same on his client config.ini then launch it

:/ hmm i don't know why but try to setup a connection by using "no-ip" there is a tutorial in the tutorial section it's way better

Here , at a moment there is a "port 80 no- portforwading" don't use it , use the second one with portfordwading

With hamachi it should work without no-ip or router port forwarding.

Check your firewall settings and see if it allows all connections.

Control panel -> Network and Internet -> System and security -> Windows Firewall -> Allow a program or feature through windows Firewall -> Look for your server (or add it) and make sure Home/Work(private) and Public are both checked.

Solved, it was not enough to allow the server and the exe trough the firewall, it requires to tunr it off.
