Requesting tutorial for HP costing spells source edit

Well Topic really says it all, but here is the details:

1.Adding the option to make a spell cost health points in the spell editor.

2\. When the player does not have enough health to cast the spell " You do not have enough health to cast this spell" message will apear in red.

3\. I am using EO. 2.0+

4.Not sure if there are any other details needed.
