[Free] I Need Work.

Hey all,

Really simple; I need to boost my portfolio.

I'm a photographer by trade but I'm breaking into graphic design as well. I've been working on my portfolio but I've come to the realisation that I don't really have an awful lot to put on it. I've done professional level work before, but only a couple of times. And having two jobs, both of which with the same business, doesn't look too great.

So I'm offering photographic and/or graphic design services for free; with one tiny catch (see below).

Photographic Stuff:

I understand that photography isn't much in demand here, so I'll keep this fairly short.

I can do stock images - obviously I'm limited by what I can access, but give me a shout and I'll let you know if I can do it or not. I once photographed a load of medals for my cycling club ([here](http://www.flickr.com/photos/theylaughed_photography/sets/72157630120438018/)).

I can also do editing. I'm pretty good with Photoshop, but as with all these things, you'll have to ask me before I know if I can do it. I'll be completely honest about whether I can do the job properly or whether it might be a struggle. Some stuff I've done:

Sorry about the image overload. I think it's kinda necessary though.

Graphical Bits & Pieces:

I've done a fair few signatures for people around the forum, but as I can't really include signatures in a portfolio, I won't take any requests for that here. If you want me to make you one, just PM me or something.

I can do all sorts of graphical stuff from logos to GUIs to posters - as usual, just let me know what it is you're after and I'll tell you if I can do it.

The Catch:

I said earlier there was a catch.

The catch is that any work I do from here will be featured in my portfolio, and I ask that, depending on the job, you take a screenshot of the work "in situ" (i.e. being used on a website, game or something).

That's it: I do some work for you for free, you provide me with some evidence of the work being used. Easy.

If you would like me to do any work, please either reply to this topic or PM me. Make sure you include as much detail as you can. Or, if you're not sure what you want, you can PM and I'll discuss it with you.

If you feel like you want to donate any money (forum or otherwise) for your logo, I won't stop you. Just contact me about real-world stuff.

I won't do avatars, but a logo I can do.

Can you give some more information? You want it to say "Vangoreth", with some dragons around. Is there any specific colour-theme or style you'd like?

Also, can you just confirm that you understand "The Catch"?

Hey, your work is amazing  I have little request for you. In my game´s main menu i am actually using random google image as background, here is how it is looking:

Are you able to do some background for main menu? It is 800x600 and game theme is medieval/fantasy sim.

Thanks, and I can see if I can knock something up. That sort of thing isn't my strong point though. I'll give it a go and you can decide if you like it or not.

I had another crack at it, using a similar style but a bit more "medieval". I can offer you two versions:

Just to clarify, you want the "Atomix" part of "Atomix Design" to be a post-apocalyptic themed part, for the "Design" bit to be quite… Sleek?

I have a request. A website/game logo with the text saying Pokémon Dungeon Explorers, The main colours should be blue and another type of colour that compliments the blue .I'd like to ask that it is in a Pokémon Mystery Dungeon style.
