Belmont
have you tried using different browsers? also, again are you going through 2 routers or just one?
Niko
no matter what browser you use, if your typing in the right ip adress in the right place it will bring you to your router if you have one. Please try this, go to start - Run - type in cmd then type in 'ipconfig' in the black program. Now were it says default gateway. Write down that ip. Then type it into the browser, with the periods and all. exactly the way it shows it their.
Inunah
*Gasp*That's the fifth time i've been told that and the fifth time that suggestion has brought up a google search.… And the sixth time brings it up. Damn. I must have been using the IPchicken IP.

Inunah
@Niko:> lol yeah, I told you I'm the awesomest, follow a port forward guide now. :)Okay I did. I sent my client to a beta tester friend of mine, and he downloaded the library files too, but can't get the game to work. Something about connecting, I probably followed the right tutorial wrong but right since the tutorial seemed to work until tried out. Also, how do I make guilds in EE? Gwen
Ok Inunah, I do forgive you… just try to be more courtious in the future.. especially when someone is actualy trying to help. :)Unfortunately I wont be able to help you with guilds.. i only work on scripting
Inunah
That's okay. But i'm still puzzled as to why they have the library files, I port forwarded, they have the client, and still can't get on. It's not the vista problem, or anything to do with Linux, so this problem's very very confusing.
Gwen
so you were finally able to get onto your router's page right?…Can you post a screenshot of your router's port forward page?
Inunah
@Gwen:> so you were finally able to get onto your router's page right?…> > Can you post a screenshot of your router's port forward page?I can do that. Lemme just pull up the page again. I'll just list the stuff for Eclipse that I have since that's the only port forward page from what I can see. *Sigh, has to turn off the port forward stuffs to do this (Oh well, it didn't work anyway)*![](http://i34.tinypic.com/5v14zt.jpg)

Gwen
I found this nifty websitehttps://www.grc.com/x/portprobe=4000https://www.grc.com/x/portprobe=4001that will test port 4000 and 4001 and tell you if your port is truly open.if not and you are positive you setup port forwarding correctly on your router, turn off windows firewall if you are using it.
