LIlCheatah Posted January 17, 2009 Author Share Posted January 17, 2009 Okay, i show you how to host with "Hamachi"Download Hamachi [here](https://secure.logmein.com/products/hamachi/list.asp)Double Click on Install Icon.Hit Next, Click Box "I Agree the agreement" , Next, Choose the Directiory where you the files come. Hit Next, Next.Then You Choose the Box "Evaluate Hamachi Commercial. At the end of the evaluation period Hamachi will automatically revert to Non-commercial version"Hit Next and then Install, After that hit Next, Click "Launch Hamachi" & Hit "Finish"Now it will start Hamachi.It will be like this;Make an Network Button Left of The Right one.Click the button right under like here;[[IMG]http://i375.photobucket.com/albums/oo195/DoUblEsSeXy/jnfoinj.jpgAnd Click Preferences.Click the button under "Conections" like here under;You'll get to. "Conection Preferences"Click "Manual configuaration" and Put in that box your "IP" Port=4000.Hit Box "TCP" Port=4000And "UDP" Port=4000And Hit "OK" and again.Now go To Your Server & Client Files.Open up Server.Exe. Minimize it.Now to Client Files. Click onConfig.INIOpen Up Your Hamachi You'll see BIG Numbers Set theme as "IP" And Port=4000.Save it. No one likes installer 3rd party applications for anything, nevermind a small game.It's fine if it's a game just for you and a couple of mates, but if you're serious about hosting a public game, you need to get some port forwarding done. I'm using broadband and I've no router so I could not forward my port. I'm using Hamachi and can other player join the game if the player is from different places and they had Hamachi. Xzhu Posted November 5, 2009 Share Posted November 5, 2009 Lov the tut..But problem with Hamachi that it fucks your internet connection up..Ive tryed this with a different online game (private) and it fucked my connection up and had to wait quite while for my dad to fix it all back up..But yes Hamachi is very good for peeps who can't use portforward like me xD..
