HP-MP-SP-Stat Points

As a Newbie to RPG's, and having looked at various finished RPG's I am confused at the different
terminology used.

In Eclipse am I correct:

HP            - Health Points
MP            - Magic Points
SP            - Speed
EXP            - Experience Points

Stat Points  - Explanation Please
Class Def    -  Class Defination ??

Stat points is what you use to raise your stats in the character slot in game. When you level up i believe you get 3 of them by default

You get 1 per level up.
HP = Hit Points
If you want to change it to give 3 you have to change the script.

In your main.txt you can change the hp/mp/sp you gain per lvl or per str… etc.

One other question the rectangler boxes in the bottom left corner of the GUI.
Mine are RED-BLUE-GREEN.

What do thay stand for

Do you mean Red,Blue and,Yellow those are HP,MP,EXP
