is it legal to publish my game using rmxp's sprites?

if I were to say charge a $3.00 fine for membership for my game later.
would it break any copyright laws or any of the eclipse rules?

pay a graphics artist and give credit where due.

Find your sound, gfx and gui sources. Get permission to use them and give credit. Simple.
