Alright, so, about the lighting. Do not, and Im so serious. Do not use the crappy checkerboard pixels to show dark areas and such. it looks horrible, does not portray light well, and overall is a horrible eye sore and block for whats under it. I think that you should get DX8 or whatever so taht you can use transparancy and all that. that would make this game. it really would. I suggest it a whole lot.

Everything else in the notes looks pretty good. But, the political system might break the game. People may get "frustrated" and such with how theres only one mayor for the whole game and such… I dunno. may need to look a bit more into it.

Zombies shouldnt be able to go outside during daytime. Some during twilight, and A LOT during Night.
That way, people can do stuff during the day, like get ready, till night, where itll be risky.

You should use GMT for Day and night. Just saying.
