Colonello Posted April 30, 2014 Author Share Posted April 30, 2014 Often times when I'm searching through the tutorials section while looking for a new feature for game the tutorial will list a version next to the name. Sometimes it'll just say [EO] or list no version next to it. How do I know which version it is for? Or do EO 2 and 2.3 tutorials work with EO 3 also? Matt Posted April 30, 2014 Share Posted April 30, 2014 Just understand the difference between the engines, and you should be fine. EO 2.0 is the DX7 base engine, 2.3 has the event system, and 3.0 is DX8 with an optimized event system. There might be a bit more than that, but that's as far as I know. Look for anything related to the event system and anything related to drawing something to the screen and you should be fine. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
