Windows 7 with Eclipse Stable

So, I tried to get Eclipse working here again, and when I had port forwarded everything and such, it would still say that my server is offline in the client, tried with different IP adresses such as: 127.0.0.1, 192.168.1.1, 192.168.1.7 (local I'm on) and also my current Global IP adress from whatismyip.
I port forwarded all of these and also changed them in the data/config files. Port is 4000 if that matters.
This also didn't work with other servers like 2.7 and such. Was going to check if it worked with this one.

PS: No runtimes what so ever, so no registering DLL files replies please.

Running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
AMD Phenom 2.3Ghz Quad-core Processor
ATI Radeon 5770
6Gb RAM

@Robin:

Error: I could not see your service on 85.224.26.213 on port (4000)
Reason: Connection timed out

> Right, it's a problem with your port forwarding.

Success: I can see your service on 85.224.26.213 on port (4000)
Your ISP is not blocking port 4000

Fixed that now, what now? Still says it's offline in the client, even though I changed it to the IP I got port forwarded in the config.

Yes and no, I didn't follow that guide, was kind of obvious to me anyway, all he explained was registering the dll files and then turn off UAC which isn't needed, had already registered them. (They would only cause runtime errors anyway, not connection issues)

I have done everything that is said in that tutorial, yes.

Try and bear with me. At the moment I'm just ruling out what the problem _isn't_ being caused by.

Download and set up Origins. See if you get the same problem.

I think I can stick to this one, just need something to check so my tiles doesn't repeat themselves, bored of photoshop and copy/paste stuff. xD
Can you make this Origins scroll though?

Although I haven't experimented with Eclipse Origins very much, I wouldn't recommend using it to make your game, since I do know that it isn't developed enough for a beginner to be able to make a nice game with.

EDIT: Also, on Eclipse Stable, have you changed the Data.ini file to match your current settings? Make sure the port in the file is correct and everything.

I'd say a beginner isn't developed enough to make a nice game with Eclipse Origins, but that's just a matter on perspective.

Anyway, I don't really want to make a game with it, I already got someone that's making me a custom engine and such anyway. :P
I just need something temporary to make sure my tiles will look okay, like that you can't see it repeating itself when put down.

Easy way to fix that: make about forty different grass tiles that work well together. If you have like forty (bright grass, normal grass and dark grass with proper transitions) you can have an incredible amount of combinations which will cause repetition to be a concept of the past or you can try to use a low amount of tiles, although that will be a bit harder.
