No I didnt "Make them" I simply made them useful in EO.

But I started the timed out icons as black/white.

I made those like 5 years ago when I requested Spell Icons for Elysium, and nobody could code it except Belier13.

I wouldnt call them terrible, since nobody has made new ones since then..
You Robin just snatched the ones my previous games used :P.

Yeah i know they arent the best… but they are very good stock images to get people started.

Eh, I made some new ones for the next release of EO already, rather than the '1' and '2' images I quickly brushed up last release.

I'm not to sure about making Spell icons for EO. So they are like this:

1 is the normal 32x32 icon but what effect is on 2? Is it needed? If so how do I do it?

left is ready icon, right is not ready icon.
You might be able to use multiples and have animated icons… havent tried.
