[XAMPP] Website Problem

Hello all, so now im inactive making my game etc etc, so i wanna ask a thing that is in my head over than 2 years.
I wanna make my Game's website so im searching for hosts. Now i found tutorials saying that my host can be my computer, thats cool! so i discover XAMPP.

Now my site is done but the question is: How people see it, i mean: Whats the URL of the site? (dont say 127.0.0.1 because that only me can see)

You need to port forward for port 80.

Your URL is your IP address. Go to a site like IPChicken or something.

If you want to make it a domain name, you have to have it professionally redirected, which is a pain to do. Some services will do it for you (I remember I did that for my old private servers), though they won't be the best names.

just a question: idk who says this but: "The Open Port Check Tool only detects portforward when the server is ON" so.. how can i check it?
