A Little HUD Bar I made. Critisism and such?

Put hair on that guy, and make the hammer and screwdriver more realistic and it's great.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if I should use the hair I made or not.

And, I just realised what was odd-looking about the hammer! I knew something was off, but I couldn't put my finger on it. It's the lack of texture!

Oh, and, the bag isn't too depthful, so i'll fix that too.

I think you should replace the screwdriver with something else and try make the HUD icons look better with the bar.

Screwdriver ? oh i thought it's a popsicle.
Anyway i like the layout, but i hate your palette.

Use a Grid or spacer, your icons are not aligned correctly for starters.

The background is extremely dithered and reminds me of a very bad .lbm deluxe paint file from the 90's and doesnt really seem to suit the icons, which are not that bad really.

**edit i see you just put a filter over it at the end, id lose the filter.

Uh. The backboard is temporary/unworked. I probably should of removed that from the showoff. My bad. (:

Why don't you try making it more like 1, 2 colors .
It doesn't need to be eye catching so you can concentrate on the game.
Something like :

I like the brown tint to that one, but the icons keep original.

In general, I like the toolbar. :)
