hey, so I need a banner that is 700 px long and 150 px in height.

background color=#157DEC
text color=black
text=dosent matter

with a drop shadow to it, along with a glow!

I need it to say Aero City in the middle of the image.

700x150, Black text, blue background.. dont care what font..

man I could sit there all day playing with a description like that :) unforunately that shade of blue + black, bleh not really my shade of tea.
