Egon
Okay, so Jacob and I are trying to figure out a reasonable way to pick between two extra inventory slot systems. I want one type and he wants another. Our solution is to allow the users to pick which one they like best.Jacob's Idea:[http://www.wowwiki.com/Bag](http://www.wowwiki.com/Bag)You have your main inventory and then you have a bag bar that you can add bags to to give you more inventory space of varying sizes.Egon's Idea:>! ![](http://img169.exs.cx/img169/9273/screenmilkaro1677gq.jpg)You have your main inventory and then you have a slot to equip a bag which is pretty much just a second main inventory. Now then, whose idea do you most like? Robin
Both are terrible. Inventory size is one of the main tools used for balancing game play.

Cricket
I like Egon's idea. It seems more balanced out of the two.
Pasketi
@Cricket:> I like Egon's idea. It seems more balanced out of the two.No. When everyone got equal amount of stuff with them, the game is more balanced than with "extra bags".I agree with Robin. You should add a choice to the poll: Neither.
Anna Comnena
I think the extra equippable item inventory is a little more balanced as you can have more controls and limitations on the inventory expansion; with bags you can get things that become infinitely nested. For that sort of system you need to add a weight and maximum carrying capacity system (which is ironically also in RO despite it also having limited number of slots). For an Eclipse game, I think manipulating the amount of slots and what items are stackable, is a simpler and more intuitive method than creating a weight tracking system. Jeff
depends on what your going for. If your going for a massive game with lots of grinding and level upping, I'd go with the first ides. If your going for a small(in terms of max level&total content) game I'd say just have the inventories not change size at all.
