You can even freely download RMXP/VX RTP packages in Enterbrain's Website if you want. Just because that way you can get them in a better way, not just ripping them or something ._.? Just remember to use them preferably as placeholders ;D.

It's not illegal for personal use (at least if you use it to play a RMXP/VX game…), but if you're going to make profit don't even think about using it. You know, these graphics are just overused x'D, and still is the legal stuff.

Thanks for that completely useless information.

Using RMXP/VX for your own game, whether commercial or not, is completely illegal as it's breaking their license agreement.

If you're going to give out that kind of information at least read the damn license yourself first.

True. You can't say it's legal  for personal use because I'm pretty sure the makers of RMXP/VX would have something to say about that. heh. You can only use rmxp tilesets legally (or any other Enterbrain program) if you're using them in the original programs, not Eclipse.
