Admiral Refuge Posted March 10, 2011 Share Posted March 10, 2011 Doesn't an LLC need a physical location, insurance, etc?I can't link you to any places, though check the requirements for your state, and grab a form from your State's office. I'm the founder.If you want to go that route, you'd want to go to your Security of State, see if you can get some LLC forms. Alternatively, there are some websites that may be able to help you; google found me [this](http://www.quickcorps.com/); but something as cheap as $35 sounds iffy imo.Just make sure you can keep up with the paperwork; LLCs have to file you special taxes, keep their books on records, etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
